Time Management Definition

Failing to manage your time damages your effectiveness and causes stress.
Prioritization is the essential skill that you need to make the very best use of your own efforts and those of your team. It's also a skill that you need to create calmness and space in your life so that you can focus your energy and attention on the things that really matter.
Scheduling is the art of planning your activities so that you can achieve your goals and priorities in the time you have available. When it's done effectively, it helps you:
Understand what you can realistically achieve with your time.
Make sure you have enough time for essential tasks.
Add contingency time for "the unexpected."
Avoid taking on more than you can handle.
The longer you delay doing something, the more stress and pressure you're likely to feel. After a while, you may even start to lose confidence in your ability to complete the task at all.
